i have skived both! diet starts again tomorrow - todays points has been:

B - slice bread cut myself (4.5) ham (1)
L - cinema nachos (8.5)
T - step mums lasagne (1,000,000 )

and a handful of cadbury roses

going to plan main meals for week so i know what we're eating x

todays menu sounds the best so far tehehe shame about the points tho! Was it worth it? YOu be fine back on it tomorrow.

hey all, sorry been awol. been out most nights this week but still looking okay in my zip up black dress and tights

I like to bite the top off, scoop out the middle with my fingers, lick it off my fingers then stuff the shell in my huge mouth and let it all melt! Totally gross heh???
