well, i'm just about to head out with the dog.. ive gone mental on sky+ and taped loads of the free exercise things so got some legs bums and tums to try etc.. and my personal training is this afternoon so i'm nervous as hell!

i found alfalfa sprouts at sainsburys! i am so excited.. they stopped doing them at asda but theyve got them at sainsburys now.. albeit in a much smaller pack with an additional 10p on the price, but i dont care cause i love them

i have celebrated with my old style brekkie of crackerbread with philadelphia light and alfalfa sprouts yum!

catch up later as Lennys crying which means hes desperate! xxx

it looks a bit like cress but its got a really fresh and mildly nutty taste.. its lovely

my arms and shoulders are aching enough atm - think i can give it a rest until personal training time.. hes truly beautiful and i'm going to get sweaty and horrible in front of him... ah well!

..all the music videos on this morning are exercise related.. connected?

am gutted.. Mattys taken an interest in Biggest loser and wants to watch them now and so i have to wait until tonight to watch them.. and he said he wants to watch going postal which i wanted to watch this morning.. so i only have teacher programs to watch and im not in the mood.. started watching one on peer mediation yest and Matty said we had to turn over to watch BGT

who pays half the sky bill? who gets to watch nothing she wants to watch when she wants to watch it?!

also, who had to get up uber early this morning to feed and water the animals, feed and water the boyfriend and make his lunch? yes, he woke me up at quarter past 6 to ask me if i could make him some sandwiches!

going to have to sort him out.. dont mind usually but its half term and i want a lie in until at least 7am!

It was Noni of course-she also called daddy through to her room twice to tell him what was happening in the book !! Kinda hard to tell her off for taking an interest in reading.
We missed going postal but going to see if it's on catch up
