well one of the lasses out tonight is a total stuck up snob. Cant stand her - shes so ignorant - came in and said hi to everyone and she ignored me.. if i said anything she would have either done it better or changed the subject to something about her.. omg she's just unbearable!

Did quite well in the restaurant.. only had pasta di mare which i will point at 10, but i totally caved before hand and had a total binge fest and racked up a grand total of 16.5 extra points in wraps, cottage cheese, ham, pease pudding and cereal bars as.. well tbh, i'm not sure why but had a wobbly. Needless to say was not overly hungry when it came to the restaurant.. but didnt have any alcohol at least.

I'm starting to stress out as my job doesnt start until september and i have not a lot of money left.. last payment was beginning of this month and with most of my outgoings it has disappeared so much faster than i thought - i so wouldnt have had a PT session if i had realised my house insurance, tv license and tax were [past] due.. so outgoings this month have been over 400 more than usual.

Agreed to work for pennies doing wire for Mattys dad as it needs done, but even so.. going to have to look for a temp job doing something..

..right now thinking holidays / trips anywhere are not going to happen.. :( makes me want to finish the cottage cheese..

..LOL (gotta laugh :p)
 
i didnt, i went to bed and read my new book (love it - Magicians Apprentice by Trudi Canavan) and have had a nice lie in this morning..

feeling more positive that i will not have to see that ignorant b*tch for at least a month (as unfortunately, its Suzes birthday next month and the attention seeking cow would never miss it)

so i am determined that i will look fantastic for that birthday party :D stuff my little binge yesterday.. going to pull back some points over the weekend through exercise and food etc and we'll be good :)

catching up on the Biggest Loser atm, then going to sort out some lunch, head to the gym this afternoon and then go to docs with Matty later.

food for today:

B - 40g weetos (2.5) 1/2pt skimmed milk (1)
L - butternut squash chips (0) salad (0)
T - chicken breast (2.5) jacket potato (3) mixed frozen veg (1)
S - mullerlight (1.5)

total: 11.5 points - will add in some more points later to bring myself to 18.
 
bleeeeeeeeeurgh :( i remember reading somewhere that fitz leaves the skin on her butternut squash chips and makes wedges from them.. the skin was absolutely gross!

ended up peeling the skin off and adding the rest of my cottage cheese to make lunch a total of 2.5 points.. you know when something just totally puts you off stuff? Think i'll stick to soups rather than chips.. makes me feel ill just thinking about the taste! :p
 
Wow that biatch sounds like a right pain in the beehind! :mad: I would have purposely said "HI!!" really loud and over enthusiastically waved at her, just rude! I have a friend like her too, she annoyed me that much I moved 200 miles away, she doesn't annoy me so much in tetxs ha ha!

Food sounds good today hun, shame lunch wasn't what you planned

I have that book out from the library now! I'm reading Definitely Dead atm (5th True Blood book) but I'm looking forward to reading that when I'm done :) Also got the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy as Adam has been pestering me for years.
 
I love to read in bed too. Its always a good ploy to keep away from the kitchen, shame I didnt think if it last night.

I was reading your lunch and thought ah ha butternut squash chips great idea must try some - then read the next one not so sure about giving it a go now.

Vanda, everyone raves about them - check out Fuzzy23 - she's a BNS enthusiast :p but its only fitz who i've seen mentioning that you can eat the skin. The roasted BNS itself was okay but the skin left a frightful aftertaste in my mouth and has just put me off for a bit i think :(

well, i have done buggar all today bar advance through my book from page 140 - 570. First book i've had chance to read since christmas so its been nice.. only have about 100 pages left so starting to feel a bit sombre as have no money to get another.. really thinking i'll have to venture to the library and see what wares they have there!

really impressed with myself today:

total: 18 points :D

thats 5 points pulled back for my binge today. I will be happy to pull back 4 tomorrow and 4 sunday which will leave me with a couple over but i'm not overly bothered about those :)

i am on my own tomorrow night as Matty is out at the horses, so not sure what I will do. It might make me go to the gym as I am friendless.. or i might just sit on my bum and watch some crappy sky telly / dvd. Depends how my appetite is affecting me.. might need to go somewhere where food is not available!

they went crispy at the edges but overall were still squishy and the taste was just rank :(

well, Mattys making me breakfast as ive promised to drop him in town.. it will get me that far towards the gym as i've just got no motivation for exercise the last few days. I always feel good after (tired, but good) but i do need to go as havent been since my PT session on wednesday which was a killer!

food for today:

B - 2 slices toast (3) 2 eggs (3) splash milk (0.5) tomato ketchup (0.5)
L - prawns (2) tomato, lettuce, cucumber (0)
T - beef casserole (7) frozen veg (1)
S - 2 satsumas (0.5)

total: 17.5 points
 
:D I am a fan of Bns although I always peel it the thought of the skin is a bit rank really

well feel a lot better for going - started a new set up on the treadmill - i was doing 2 mins walking 3 mins running for 15 mins (with 1 min either end of walking) and as i'm not fit enough to go upto level 5 yet (level 4 is walking at 6.0 and then running at 8.0) as 7.0 is too fast to walk so is a slow jog and for me and my little legs, 9.0 is a bloody fast jog!

so i tried a different setup as i normally do interval, and this was called fartlek (yep, i giggled that it had fart in it :p) and was a 20 minute program.

Didnt work out the minutes properly and when i got into it realised i had to do 3 minutes walking at 6.0 then 2 minutes at 7.0, 2 minutes at 8.0 and then 2 minutes at 9.0 before restarting at 6.0 for 2 minutes and doing it all over again. Managed the first set (just) and this skinny little wretch on the treadmill next to me asked if i could jog less vigourously as it was putting her off her walk. So i said very politely "no".

LOL :p and carried on jogging! :D (if you want to walk, why not go walk outside like a normal person? or pick one of the many other treadmills in the gym which are nowhere near me and my vigourous jogging :p) she was a silly lady who obviously didnt think gyms were for working up a sweat in :p

powered through a couple of sets of high pulls, squats and ball presses, did some pull ins and some lat training, some horrendous sit ups to try and strengthen my weak side.. and then stretched and left.

Have come in and put some washing on.. tea smells absolutely gorgeous as shoved it in the slow cooker, and i am just about to have some lunch.. or a nap. Cant decide which but i am shattered and have done nothing! :p

Hiya rach...i agree im not keen on em when leaving the skin on...they are much much better without it...

I agree with claire i would have been really sarky with saying hello and being soooooooooo nice to the moo face at yer night out...have a nice evening chuck x
 
nothing at the moment no Aunty M :( especially as they know i'll not be staying long!

not shifting much weight but i do think theres a difference in my body shape so i took a picture of my beetroot self at the gym this morning when i hope noone was looking LOL (ill not be the first or last to do it i'm sure :p)

ok if you were running a muck in the gym but your meant to ruddy jog on the treadmill

I am absolutely bloody exhausted now just Reading this haha!!!
