evening guys.. well, i'm home. Feeling much better after a few days away.

WW starts officially again tomorrow.. need to text Cat and find out if she's been to class and if she wants to come with me later this week as i need to hop straight back on the wagon.

I would say i havent been too bad while i've been away.. but i havent been overly active, though i did do 100 widths at the nearby pool yesterday (damn kids.. summer holidays means everywhere is busy.. ..lengths were impossible)

Mattys home in the morning and my god i've missed him so much. Can't wait to pick him up - going to pop to the gym before i pick him up as he's not due in until lunchtime.

Missed you all here and will try and catch up with you all tonight and tomorrow xxx
