T- 1 pack quorn fajita strips (2.5) chopped red and yellow pepper (0) and onion (0) (this is what happens when you buy stuff to make fajitas and forget the wraps.. LOL

S - 2 sainsburys kids fromage frais tubes (2) 30g cheese (3) 1 quality street (1) and 2 bowls of lydia's thai butternut squash soup (0) 1 packet cadbury buttons (3.5)
total: 20.5pts
so.. spent all that time making the soup (damn squash with its strange shape and my lack of peeler!
LOL) and i made a few little alterations as didnt take the recipe to work with me..
have made a bucket load (about 6 portions, maybe a few more)
1 BNS, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 veg stock cubes, 1.5L water, 1/2tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2tsp cumin, 1/2tsp ground coriander, 1tsp hot chilli powder and 1/2tsp cayenne pepper.
Stuff it all in a pan, bring to boil, simmer for 1/2hr then blitz. Zoom, Rach's easy BNS soup but no idea if it tastes as good as Lydia's cause I havent ever remembered every ingredient to make it right.. LOL
