LOL I thought you had TOTM or a tummy bug from yr thread title - now I know its self inflicted albeit for a good cause (in the name of weight loss) I am a little less sympathetic - well actually jealous if I'm honest ... am sure I'd cause an earth quake if I started to bellydance :p

Yes hun - am still being good although not been on the wii since Monday but in my defence I've walked girls to and from school all week so run up about an hour a day walking. Back to normality with car and Beth back to school and work on Monday :(
 
bet you hit 3st next week - you're doing fab! work will be fine once youre back into it :) xxx
 
considering i could see myself in the mirror, and was comparing myself to the lass on telly... i didnt look any good at all! ah well.. maybe another stone or so..

really concerned about my wings.. my left one has gone really soft (the 4lbs from last week must be from there!) and my right one is still solid podge.. little bro Si just got this ab belt thingy that you can use on ur arms too.. it sends little electric shocks into you.. i'm a big sissy but really going to have a go at shocking my arm into toning up..

and nah.. he'd wet himself laughing maybe! :p
 
Belly dancing - is this another recommendation for speeding weight loss? maybe i shall give that a try!!!! x

i dont know.. dont think so! just wanted to try out a new exercise and it sounded interesting! will see how i do on tuesday, but doubt it'll be related to the belly dancing haha! :D
 
I know I am now starting to sound like I have shares in these dynaband things but they really tone up your arms. I have noticed a massive difference in mine in just about 10 sessions or so.

I have lost about 1.5" off the top of my arms and I can start to see real definition. I have the purple one which is high resistance - but you should test them out to see which works for you. xx

Thanx hun - it would be wonderful but as long as its a loss I don't mind. Not sure I'm gonna make my valentines challenge though - still have quite a way to go for that I think - must check and update it. Have lots of special meals in the next two weeks - OH parents coming for lunch moro. Then Carvery next Tuesday, then Chinese on 29th (if I go - dont think I can stomach two nights on the trot lol) and then of course again the following night! But hey ho 15.5 stone wont be far beyond mid Feb :D xxx
 
you can definitely do it.. i know you can! carvery is easy - pile on the veg, you only get a small portion of meat anyway, and if ur gunna have roasties just have 1 or 2.. same with ur 'snips!

we're both easily going to be 4lbs lighter by the time our dinner date comes round too :D and we dont have to worry about that cause we figured there was plenty we didnt like haha :D x
 
LOL - Thanks for your confidence but I have a cat in hells chance of making my valentines challenge - 11lbs by Mon 9th of Feb - I dont think so!!!

final food for today:

B - vanilla and dark chocolate mullerlight (1.5) cadburys highlights drink (0.5)
L - greggs ham salad softbite sandwich (6.5)
T - 6oz ribeye steak (8) with grilled onion, mushrooms and tomatos (0)
S - rest of my quorn casseroley thing (3) with 2 tbsps peas (1) another muller light (1.5) a cadburys highlights (0.5) and a pack of ww chocolate chip biscuits (1.5)

total: 24pts

havent saved any, but saved 4 yesterday so i'm still on 100% :D
 
just done a 20min yoga thing from my sky+.. so that plus my belly wobbling is 1.5 AP for the clawed back points pot :D

3-8.. not too bad.. then 8-2:30 sunday. think am walking / getting the bus tomorrow as well so will rack up some more points! :D

cant wait to get my car back! :(

its okay dont worry.. i looked all over for ur arrabiatta but no luck.. i'm sorry :(

my evening wasnt too bad but sick of not having a car - i could have been up to see some mates or out to the metro centre.. its a pain in the bum having no car and being nowhere near anyone! :p

anyway, quick update for the morning before I forget.. I know i probably bore everyone with my constant food entries but I have to write it down because my memory is awful and I constantly go over points otherwise!

food for today:

B - 4 slices ww bread, toasted (3) 30g philadelphia light (1) marmite (0)
L - small jacket potato (2) 1/2 tin sainsburys baked beans (2.5)
T -
S - vanilla, dark choc and cherry mullerlight (1.5) 1/4pt skimmed milk (0.5)

total: 10.5pts - 11.5pts to go!
