Rainbows food diary

Hi Rainbow just thought I would let you know I had the mince tonight, turkey mince onions mushrooms soy sauce and cheese lovely. I will be having it again definately, I might put tinned tomatos or passata in next time but don't think I will get the cheesy taste if I do.

Glad you liked it Sue. Yeah you're right if you add pasatta its more like spag bol type thing with grated cheese on top. Ive never thought of trying a different mince to beef - but will give it a go I think xxx

OK so Im starting my diary again

Brekkie - 2 x fudge alpen lights (HEB)
Chicken (F) Salad (f) sandwhich (HEB
Can of diet pepsi (f)
steamed chicken and bacon (f) with cheese (HEA)

..... then a large bar of galaxy, 2 x packets of crisps and some ice cream seemed to fall down my throat! ah well!!!

btw I edited this after Taz said it was looking better, she was only commenting on my brekie and lunch!
