I had a bad weekend too - but my 'falling of the wagon with a resounding thump' day was Sunday. Like you mine was filled with carbs - in the form of pizza. Back on it today. Have had a litre of water and a coffee (need to catch up with you!) and am thinking of getting my first shake of the day.
Like you, I'm trying not to beat myself up about the off day too much. In fact this morning on the way to work I was thinking about one of your posts from a week or so ago, where you were talking about habits. Exante was, and needs to become, my habit. Sunday was a blip. So I now need to prove to myself that I can get back in the habit.
