So been a while! Sorry been going to the gym and I suppose with travel and workout time that’s 6/7 hours a week gone. I’ve had a few slips but nothing major.
Ive decided not to go to Christmas party, gonna tell work today. Mix of very few going, large no of cases locally and don’t really want to come off plan and waste a weekend hungover. I want to have 8 more off for Christmas so can’t afford a slip up.
with gym I’ve booked a pt once a week for the next month to get me on track. First session Friday so very interested to see how that goes. I definitely need a reminder on weights workout and help to add in core and leg…
