One Last Time.......
thanks starlight... more than happy with the result....
Had a nice day took lil man football training this morning and DD went shopping with nanny... Once back had a some lunch then went down to Dychurch to open up the MIL caravan.... did fancy staying down there with OH and kids but couldn't talk him into going down there....
Still got a funny feeling in back of my throat as if there is something stuck.... OH can't see anything. So will give it a week and if still like it will go to the Doc's.........
Just about to head off for a bath and snuggle down in front of the telly for the evening... Have a good night!

One Last Time.......
I hate bank holidays and rain!!
Well bank holiday nearly over dragged OH round morrisons this morning (think in 15 years being together i can count on both hands how many toimes he has come!)
Weather is awful, i'm hoping to go for a run later... or tomorrow if not today....
Have measured my self today and blimey what a shock!! so hope to report some inch loss in a few weeks... I'm into my size 18's now although a little tight!
Heres to another good week.... i really want to hit my stone mark this week!

0.5lb on? That's bloody good considering you haven't been well and haven't been able to do anywhere near as much exercise as you usually do! Well done chick!
It's been pouring down this weekend hasn't it! I'm lucky cos I wasn't planning on going anywhere, and I actually love watching and listening to it. But I imagine you were a bit like a caged animal! :giggle:
Keep your fluids up and you're be better in no time... Make sure you let us know as soon as you're in your size 18s comfortably! Not long now!

One Last Time.......
well back to work today which i enjoy as i feel more in control diet wise if that makes sense?
I've got the ball rolling with the agencies again today so hopefully by the end of the week i will know how the market is for Executive Ass / Senior PA's!
Had a good sort out last nigth and wardrobe is now arranged i sizes from 20 - 14! I managed to wear my 18 jeans from M & S but can't get into my 18 work trousers? Although can now fit into my 18 tops!
I am planning on having a contour body wrap at the end of the month if i hit (no not if... but when) i reach my stone and a half..... I am also hoping on having a Spa day with one of my friends who i am doing the running with, she is doing WW online and reached her 10% goal yesterday!
Health wise i'm back 100% (albeit a couple of cold sores up my nose) so will be exercising again this week!

Today has gone well..... another day done an dusted, ready to settle down to BB shortly! how sad am i lol
WI day tomorrow i'm hoping on 2lb please (if anyone is listening)
still haven't been for a run, spent last night helping my 73yr old daddy load photo's from digital onto his computer........ boy did i have a headache after bless him!!

My mum has finally got the hang of the photo side of things mind you with about 3500 photos on her PC its not any great surprise lol some of the questions she and my dad phone me with crack me up at times
talking of phone calls! just had pops on the phone, he was on his hands and knees and couldn't get the ink cartridge out the printer, needless to say it wasn't plugged in so the cartridges hadn't come into site!!
Have just advised mu tecnnical support is now closed for the evening!!!!

I'd organised a night out last night and after think only a few were coming spent the evening with 15 friends sipping pimms over looking St Katherines dock..... eat what i shouldn't buy its a new day today and i'm feeling positive today, only a month til my wedding anniversary and birthday and hope to be a stone down by then..............
It's lovely sunny and very warm here today so think we are off to friends later...........

WI result this week.... Stayed the same
I'm out tonight straight from work then tomorrow the running starts with vengence!
