Bindi, I have decided to do re-feed for a couple of weeks just to get myself back into the swing of things i.e. eating. I think sticking to the strictness of re-feed is good for me as it is quite structured and if done right I will still lose a couple of pound. My initial target was 8.5 stone, but was getting really fed up with the whole thing, so decided on re-feed at 9 stone. Tracy J had lost so much weight doing exactly the same so I thought I'd give it a go. If I get to 8.5 st I will be chuffed but if I don't then I will still be really proud of my achievement.
I would go for re-feed and just eat really sensible meals when your on holiday. As for the hen weekend, please be careful when drinking, it will affect you like it never has done before, just ask Tracy J, poor thing found out the hard way.
