Hi there, I'm on day 3 of cruise phase and just reading round the forum, which is super by the way I'm beginning to panic though about the cream cheese I've been eating. I really don't like quark so had extra light philli a few times and then found light cream cheese in Lidl, the Lidl one is lower than the extra light Philly in both carbs and fat. It's .2g fat per 100g. Do you think this qualifies as ok. I'm worrying about it being one of the tolerated foods which I'm already confused about thanks in advance for any advice.. I'm just petrified this won't work, have been yo yoing for years!!!
