re-started Thursday

hi all re-started Thursday after having a week break has i had a lot of bad faults and needed to clear my head, doing very well the last 3 days staying under my points and feeling positive. i also gone back on to the old points way has i felt the new one was not right for me, how is everyone and any good tips:D

Id been doing it online - its my second week and i am loving it so far! Was doing sw before but wasnt loosing anything! Lost 3lb last week :) thinking about joining a class though for more support....we shall see!

thats great news i was thinking of joining a group but dont like to do it on my own so trying it myself fingers cross it will work
