B - Phili & fig jam on WM toast, kiwi, pineapple and clementine, hazelnut coffee
L - Broccoli & cauli soup with Blue cheese
D - Steak, sweet potato wedges, tbs butter, salad (leaves, tom, cue, radish, mint, coriander)
S - Apple, grapes
Fluids - 4 Rose tea, black coffee
Exercise - Lots of running up & down 2 flight of stairs
