Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 183 lbs (13s 1 lbs)
Loss to date = 40 lbs

WI a day earlier as I am away tomorrow. Lost 1lb this week.
Something very important I discovered a few days ago. I have been so focused on losing weight that my body has gone into state of going against my will. I have decided not to prssurise myself and take it a bit easier and let the weight fall off at its own pace.
NSV for me is that since this time in November, I have lost 3" from my bust and 4" from my midriff

When I am a guest and my hosts have gone through a lot making everything from scratch for me, I can't refuse. I have really enjoyed my stsy. will go home Monday so back to normal routine.

Ooh! What’s in a fruit omelette?
I put some frozen fruits in a frying pan and let them cook for a while (until juice is reduced). Whisked 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1tsp sugar. Poured over the mixture and when set a little put it under the grill. You can then put a dollop of FF youghrt beside it. I like it.
You also can do it the other way around. Make to omellete first, then top with the fruit (defrost and cook first otherwise it will be too watery) before putting on the grill.
Wow you have done fantastic with your weight loss.

STS this week. Time to push myself and lose for next week.
B - Ham & peanut butter on WM toast ( HexB + 5), mango, blueberries.
L/D - Chili with rice & veg (tender stem broccoli, sugar snap). My food look & smelt so ood but I could not taste anything. My tase buds have gone again.
S - Strawberries, banana, sour cherries, apple, pkt crisps,
Fluids - 3 Christmas tea, 3 choc orange tea, option choc drink
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 3,000 steps

L - Cranberry & rosemary roll with a couple of small pieces of salmon
D - Corned beef cake with salad (leaves, cue, Red pepper, carrot, sweetcorn)
S - Melon, kiwi, pear, 2 dried apricot, 1 prune
Fluids - 2 Large black coffee, 4 Choc orange tea
Exercise - 12,500 steps
Met with a friend who has not seen me for a couple of month. Although I had a thick coat on she commented that she could see I have lost weight on my back. Chuffed with her comments.
Also I started noticing my face being smaller and my clothes loose. Hopefully, the scales show a loss on Thursday.
