Reaching Target in 2020

Day 766 - Friday 5th June 2020
OK, I had my day off and it was not at all pleasant. I could not taste & enjoy anything and ate for the sake of eating - I think my taste buds have changed (for the finer things in life).
Anyway, the is over and I am back to normal which I will appreciate more than ever.
L - Pink egg platter - Boiled egg on WM toast, ham, cue, golden kiwi, cherries
D - Steak stirfry (onion, garlic,asparagus, pepper, sweetcorn, potato). yumyum
S - Watermelon, yogurt with rhubarb & strawberry jam, pomegranate
F - 6 Herbal tea
E - 5,500 steps.
I feel so tired all of a sudden. Have not done much today apart from paiting part of the sitting room. Got to do the rest tomorrow Agggrrr

Day 767 - Saturday 6th June 2020
B - Cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds, golden kiwi, banana and cherries
L - Tomato & olive pate topped with 1/2 avocado on WM toast.
D - Steak, roast potatoes, pepper, cue, sweetcorn with tbs olive oil
S - Watermelon, yogurt with rhubarb & strawberry jam, blueberries and Red current, slice of toast and cheese
F - 3 herbal tea
E - 8,000 steps. Some days the more I walk, the less steps is recorded.

Day 768 - Sunday 7th June 2020
B - Porridge with banana, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, tbs olive oil & sprinkled with seeds
D - Salmon salad (leaves, mint, parsely, cue, tom, pepper, olives, beetroot, dash of salad sauce), jacket potato
S -Skinny whip (it is nice), apple, pear, cherries, Greek yogurt with jam & Red currants, pomegranate
F - 6 herbal tea
E -1,500 steps. As I got ready to go for a long walk, it started to rain and is not stopping.

Your food looks lovely today, especially like the look of lunch, will need to make that pate this week
 
Day 769 - Monday 8th June 2020
B - Banana & cottage cheese on WM toast and garnished with 2 tsp marmalade & seeds
D - Chicken breast marinated with spices & lemon, sweet potato, peas and sweetcorn with tbs olive oil
S - Mango, cherries, Red currant, blueberries with FF yogurt, Skinny chewy chocolate bar
F - 2 Herbal tea, 4 black tea, glass of home made lemonade with chia seeds, 2 tsp sugar
E - 6,200 steps

That toast looks so yummy 😋
What kind of tea is that? Have you tried oolong tea?
That’s one of my favourites however haven’t had any in ages. Can’t seem to find it in the stores.
I have these. Also loose ones called witche's brew & a couple fruit & flower infusion.

Day 770 - Tuesday 9th June 2020
B - Poached eggs on WM toast
L - Cheese burger with potato as a bun and salad (leaves, cue, tom radish, carrot, beetroot, pepper and olives). It was sooo yummy
D - Mediterranean salad.
S - Pear, cherries, mango, 2 Fibre One bars. Liked the chocolate one but not the peanut one (it was too airy fairy for me). Fruits - mango, blueberries, cherries and Red currant with coconut yogurt
F - Black tea, 2 herbal tea, lemon & ginger tea
E - Did not go out today and I was bus at home

Good idea with the potato never would of thought of that!
now I wonder if one could use the skin and get it crispy so it’s like a type of pocket and stuff the burger in that?

I do a lot of things with potato rather than using bread or pastry.

What you can do is cook the potato in the microwave, then haul it a little to for the burger in and then fry it in a tbs oil/butter to get the skin crispy. I think if you try to oven bake it then the burger will be too dry.

You can always experiement.
