I'm going to do tomorrows diary now as we are taking a picnic up on Dartmoor and I know I will be exhausted by the time we get home.I've prepared a spag bol which I will put in the slow cooker before we leave.

Well,after a full day out yesterday, im exhausted. Before the M.E i was very active and sometimes forget I cant do the things i used to.so today I'm trying to kerp the menu simple

Saw my Dr this morning,last saw her end of January. Her first words were "you've lost loads of weight since I last saw you" considering my thyroid is diseased I reckon I'm doing well :)

Woke up this morning feeling sick, had a banana and black tea as usual but sickness hasnt disappeared, so not sure what will happen food wise.i'll update later .

Well...very disappointed with only 1lb loss this week, ive decided to try and cook from scratch a bit more this week, maybe less processed food may help, so will get some rest today and spend tomorrow in the kitchen bulk cooking.
