Haha that's just like me I need to get out of the way at weekend! I'm currently sat in a room with 5 boys watching the football all eating and all drinking.... Helpful bunch my lot!!! Haha!! xx
 
See im fine at weekend it doesnt really bother me, but maybe thats cos i work at weekend. Off tonight so im going to the cinema with friends, staying clear of the nachos though! XX

I usually work weekends too hun and I'm fine when I'm there but I only see my OH at weekend and that's what makes it difficult as he always wants take away etc.... I'll give him one thing though he knows not to bring home Chinese or sushi! I would eat him alive!!! Haha!!! Xx

My OH bless him as I'm struggling tonight offered to cook himself food that didn't smell nice and eat it in the kitchen if it helped! (how supportive is that!)

Aww thanks hun... totally thanks to you!!! I struggled yesterday and i got up this morning and my OH had gone out with our dogs to give me a lie in.... and i don't know what made me do it!!!

Just thought will if i don't try i will never know!!! And i did it!!!! Had a bit of jelly legs at the end but did FAR better than i thought!!! No achy ankles!!! They were excuses!!! Thank you for your support!!!

Do you stick to the 3 sessions a week... was thinking of doing my toning exercises on the days i don't to my run.... or maybe my zumba!! Hmmmm!!! Lol....

Well if my posts spurred you on that's great.....it's what this is all about isn't it. :D

I do stick to the 3 days, yes.......I got really excited after the first couple of outings and wanted to crack on but something told me to take it easy and have the specified day's rest from it in between. I'm glad I did. I swim on M,W,F and Sun and run on the days in between; that seems to work well.

Just hoping I can finish the programme before it gets too dark and cold to run first thing in the morning; I won't mind running in public and in broad daylight once I can do it properly :8855:

I've got a Wii - have to look up this zumba thing!
