Have run twice!! Dont understand it... and upped my water to compensate.... hopefully i will be suprised tomorrow!!!

Feeling a bit blue.... Urgh!!! This diet albeit AMAZING!!!! Is an emotional rollercoaster lol....

Dee ...I'm having the same struggle this week with the scales... I have lost but not what I wanted to but it was a loss :)

I have gotten the OH to take the battery out of the scales so I can't keep stepping on and off them during the week. I am only getting battery back on friday morning so I can WI :) lol x x x

Good plan Tru! You'd do your head in living by the scales. Just kick back, relax, and enjoy how you are feeling in your newly-forming body! Write a list of all your personal non-scale victories and add one to it each day and just see how well you're doing. The scales do not control us....they just measure our progress in numbers!

Hi Dee,
Ok ish lol.... found myself putting meat in my mouth chewing and then spitting it out yesterday, and today ate some chicken (2 tiny bits) then just had some corned beef swallowed some then spat some out!!!! I am missing food sooo much.... BUT I`m not letting it beat me.... Any tips? Have you done this or felt same way... has anyone else?

Oh Loulou, I feel for you! You're doing so well so don't torture yourself by putting food in your mouth now! It's only going to set you off down the same old path again. I know ALL about it! Chin up girl, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and distract yourself with a nice walk or a bubble bath or re-arrange your wardrobe...anything!! xx

Its happens to me every now and then... But then I just figure that by eAting the odd bit you are prolonging ur time on the diet!!! No-one wants that!!! U can do it!! You've proved that... Just get right back at it!!! It doesn't matter how many pieces of meat u have!! As long as u keep trying!!!

Oh I feel for you hun! Try to focus on the positives and remind yourself how much you've already acheved and how much you still have to benefit. All tha yummy stuff will still be there when you get to goal.

Haha I have felt like that!!! I was wondering if u chewed summit n spat it out if u still had the calories?! Lol I didn't risk it but i did concider lol xxx fill up on water! I've been having a fizzy water or an evening in a wine glass so I feel like I'm having a drink however it is only water!!! Lol xxxx
 
Good luck for tomorrow Dee. Don't focus too much on the scales this week. You have had a massive change to your routine so you can bet your life your body just needs a bit if readjustment. It will be holding onto everything for dear life at the moment. I bet you will be surprised tomorrow but even if not you know you will smash it next week once the body has sussed out what's going on. Keep strong xxx

I do feel bloated though.... plus having a few toilet troubles... my senna doesnt seem to be doing the job (Sorry TMI)

Hoping i'm not coming on again.... I suspect i am as certain parts of my body! (Girls you know what i mean!!) are VERY SORE!!!!

So -3 for me this week is good.... Not good for my xmas chllenge like lol....

Feeling a bit grim but very positive.... if they're 2 things that can go together!!!! Its quite liberating to feel a bit under the weather and down and STILL not turn to food!!!

Screw you vicious cycle.....screw you!!!! ; )
