I'm on ss+ and tonight my 1st weigh in! I am nervous as I had a couple of nibbles on nye it was very very hard!!
My scales say I've lost 5lbs in 6 days which is ok but I would of liked more! But I'm scared because I'm getting weighed in te evening I'm going to be heavier due to water etc!
