Sorry just seen now and had just finished eating yes you guessed sausage and BBz casserole with a jacket potato
I used WW prime sausages pack of 8 (50g each) at 1/2 a SYN each
Place chopped onion and any other veg you decide 2day had celery stick 1/2 leek 1 carrot few mushrooms added a can of BBz or 2 depending how you like it and how many you want to serve and a can of chopped tomatoes or passata one stock cube used pork one 2day and season with salt pepper garlic and curry powder and a little Splenda to make sure it's not bitter
Place in oven or slow cooker and Voila ready with no fuss
And for a cheap meal I had 2 sausages and a warm hearty meal all for 1 SYN !?

SAUSAGE CASSEROLE:)

1 pack of 8 weight watchers premium pork sausages (1/2 a syn each)(if you can get syn free sausages or want to use veggie ones instead go for it just syn accordingly)
1 tin cheap beans
1 tin tomatoes
a good few handfulls of mushrooms chopped
1 onion chopped
2 heaped tsp paprika

fry off pork sausages and cut into chunks and place in casserole dish (i fried mine in bbq frylite for added flavour but plain works)
fry chopped mushrooms and onions and add to casserole dish
add tin of beans and chopped tomatoes to casserole dish and stir in paprika
refill the tin from tomatoes with water and add to casserole dish
bake in oven on low (about 150) for 2-3 hours

if you are not using bbq frylite i would add mixed herbs for extra flavour

will upload a pic when it is done im serving mine with mash and veg because i need comforting stodgy food with all the cold weather

Thanx for recipes.

I sort of had a rough idea of what I was doing so in the end I just chucked in what I thought would work!!..
8 asda 30% less fat pork sausages( no idea how many syns but am guessing not too many. Fingers crossed)
1x branston baked beans
1x tin toms
2-3 carrots thinly chopped
1 onion
1 x beef stock cube & enough hot water to thin out sauce
Potatoes for mash
Leek finely chopped to stir through mash.

Basically brown sausages
Add all other ingredients in a casserole dish & stir
Add sausages & cook for 1 1/2 hrs at 200.
Serve with mash potato with leek that has been fry lighted to soften!
Hoping sausages are low! Had x 2 :)

My sainsburys stopped stocking those ones .... I was sooooo mad they don't do any low syn ones now so I use Asda and Tesco instead and tend to get weight watchers ones
