i called it the McMummy muffin, lolGot to tell you about the breakfast i made this morning it was absolutly delishous and went down fabulously with my 2 boys and my hubby, after all it was a healthy take on McD's.
Ok, it was 1 Asda chosen by you muffin, sliced in half and toasted(4), spread with a tsp of clover lighter(1), 1 egg fried in fry light (in a metal cookie cutter to keep the shape of the muffin, lol,) (2), and a light cheese slice from Aldi(1), 1 tbsp tomato ketchup. A well worth it 8 pro points it was sooo morish xx
