Ah OK, not tried Cathedral. I dont get much cheese in general really unless it's Feta or pre-packed measures - Marmite bites rule!

I love feta - mmmmmm. Never had the marmite cheese. Mine is usually an additional grated on top of some form of pasta dish.

I prefer the laughing cow light than the extra light. I find that the extra light don't actually taste like cheese, but I do like my mature cheese mind. One of my downfalls Catherdral City light is good. I have also tried another which I bought in the good food show which is low and tastes like proper mature cheddar if anyone is interested I will look it up.
