Keto'ing for life
I suppose a diary will help me to see at a glance what I'm eating and where I'm going wrong or need to tweak something. Bit of humour along the way also! I'm pregnant so I'm allowed 2 of each healthy extras. I rarely am able to eat that amount though, as I'm not a huge dairy or bread fan, but I'm sure I can swing a few Alpen Lights in my face instead of using up syns.

2 Ryvita (heB) with tuna, onion and 2 tablespoons of lighter than light mayo (2 syns)
Dinner:
Slimming World free bacon and mushroom tagliatelle using 3 laughing cow light triangles as heA
Snacks:
2 bananas
Strawberries
Grapes
0% activia yogurt x2 with 1 sachet of highlights (2 syns)
