I suppose a diary will help me to see at a glance what I'm eating and where I'm going wrong or need to tweak something. Bit of humour along the way also! I'm pregnant so I'm allowed 2 of each healthy extras. I rarely am able to eat that amount though, as I'm not a huge dairy or bread fan, but I'm sure I can swing a few Alpen Lights in my face instead of using up syns.

Thursday 12th May 2016

Breakfast:
2 cups of black coffee

Lunch:
2 Ryvita (heB) with tuna, onion and 2 tablespoons of lighter than light mayo (2 syns)

Dinner:
Slimming World free bacon and mushroom tagliatelle using 3 laughing cow light triangles as heA

Snacks:
2 bananas
Strawberries
Grapes
0% activia yogurt x2 with 1 sachet of highlights (2 syns)
 
Friday 13th May 2016

Breakfast: Overnight oats with banana mixed in, cup of black coffee

Lunch: Slimming World bacon and mushroom tagliatelle, bowl of slimming world blamange.

Dinner: Rice with mixed veg, tesco bbq chicken and soy sauce, 1/2 syn for rice. Salad with Hellmans fat free vinegarette 1/2 syn

Snacks: Half syn brownie, banana, more blamange

Dinner: Slimming World ham and mushroom tagliatelle (heA)

Breakfast: Cup of black coffee, over night oats with banana (heB)

Lunch: Didn't have one :-/

Dinner: Slimming World creamy tomato pasta (heA laughing cow light triangles) ham, pasta, LCL triangles, fat free fromage frais, onions, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, chicken stock

Snacks: Watermelon, fresh pineapple, Tesco choc and caramel cereal bar (heB)

Lunch: Bowl of homemade vegetable, chicken and lentil soup (carrots, celery, split peas, lentils, leeks, parsley, scallions, chicken)

Dinner: Bowl of homemade stew (carrots, onions, 5% fat mince, stock, parsnip, potatoes, gravy granules to thicken 2 syns)

Snacks: 4 original ryvita, 4 dairylea light triangles, cherry tomatoes, watermelon

Dinner: two baked potatoes with chicken casserole on top (chicken, low fat chicken soup (4syns) sweetcorn, extra light mayo (2 syns) lemon juice, curry powder

Snacks: mullerlight with a choc digestive crumbled in (4 syns)

Breakfast: tomato pasta n sauce (butter 2syns)

Lunch: half a cheese and ham panini, half a bag of Squares (not sure of syns here)

Dinner: chicken with green pepper in black bean sauce and boiled rice (8syns)

Not a great day, but fine as I never use my syns

Lunch: Subway 6 inch ham and turkey on 9 grain wheat bread with tomato, cucumber and green peppers with a small amount of sweet onion sauce (heB bread) (2 syns sauce)
