I've only been on TFR for one week and planned on staying on it but have been recommended to move to refeeding and then maintenance in order to survive Xmas and a holiday in the States in January, yes not good planning on my part. I was going to put TFR off until mid January but also wanted to shed a few pounds before Xmas. I have found TFR fine until the weekend but stuck to it. I have several meals to attend during Xmas and then a week of American food, any good tips would be welcome. I plan to go back to TFR end of January but I need to get there without putting on what I have already lost which is only 4.5lbs so far but hoping for more over the next week.
