Refeeding due to Xmas

I've only been on TFR for one week and planned on staying on it but have been recommended to move to refeeding and then maintenance in order to survive Xmas and a holiday in the States in January, yes not good planning on my part. I was going to put TFR off until mid January but also wanted to shed a few pounds before Xmas. I have found TFR fine until the weekend but stuck to it. I have several meals to attend during Xmas and then a week of American food, any good tips would be welcome. I plan to go back to TFR end of January but I need to get there without putting on what I have already lost which is only 4.5lbs so far but hoping for more over the next week.:confused:
 
At least you know the diet works for you. Good luck with loosing this weekend. Enjoy Christmas and your hols - be careful with fat and carbs and then get back into things when you get back from your hols. Have a lovely time.
 
Be careful with American food because it = big portions+fatty carbs like chips+super oily frying+sugary breakfasts. That's all I can say.
 
Hi , my pharmacist recommended I come off for Xmas , and that's what I'm doing , he reckons it would be to hard to sustain it. I have being on this diet 5 weeks and it really does work , by right I wanted to start in sept but I had to many party's and nights out planned , you need to be able to give it a proper go without coming out of tfr . Personally I'd watch what I would be eating and get back to the diet as soon as you come back from hold
