Started back to TFR on Wednesday and weighed in this morning and have lost 3lbs I'm thrilled, that's 40lbs since 5/11 including a refeed week and christmas .....I LOVE LIPOTRIM !!

Thanks ladies. I was hungry last night and had an Atkins bar in tescos while I was shopping. They're yum but the guilty feeling is just not worth it. Happy new year everyone
