Restarting but don't know what diet to do?

Hi everyone, i started Slimming World on Feb 2011 and went from 16st 1lb to 13st 3lbs in 4 months. I lost too much too quickly as i was breastfeeding my youngest and wasn't happy to stop feeding so on doctors recommendations I left SW and started medication to build my milk supply.
I fed my youngest until he weaned at 17.5 months in April and want to restart. I ''officially restarted'' 2 weeks ago and only a 3lb gain in the full year! Have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks but my heads all over the place, i don't have a diet plan so don't feel focused, just deprived lol.
Need some support and advice! Can't be an expensive diet though as buying food separately would be too costly. Even some tips on Calorie couunting diets would be fab!

It can be so confusing with all the diets out there, some work for some people whilst others work for other people, plus I totally agree re say specific diets that have their own food products etc can cost an arm and a leg, I am on a budget myself so I can't afford the more expensive special diet products. Its hard to advise on a diet plan as its not a case of one size fits all, you have done so very well already with the weight loss. I find personally calorie counting / healthy eating is working for me, I am not on a set diet plan though just watching what I eat but the main difference this time is nothing is off limits, in the past I have made the mistake of almost trying to punish myself and go without things I enjoy in order to lose weight and sadly all that happens is I feel hard done by and go either of two ways, first way deny myself something for ages and then have a mega binge or second way deny myself something all the time and feel I lose my sense of fun, so bitter and resentful re food which is crazy. I have found this time by building in planned treats I am feeling healthy mentally as well as physically, I find for me having a meal out with family or friends works perfectly as a treat whilst others would find having something at home as a nice treat. I think the key is getting the balance right between not having too much and not having too little, I am on 1700 kcals a day but then I am a lot heavier than you and my calorie allowance would be bigger but I am sure you could easily find a way of say doing a calorie counted / healthy eating diet if you wanted and just allow yourself some nice treats from time to time. If you wanted to do such a plan you might get some good ideas on the calorie counting or healthy eating sections of the minimins forum. I'm sorry I can't suggest a def plan but it would be worth checking out the different bits of the minimins forum as there are so many ideas on the different threads. Good luck, Em x
