Resveratrol anyone?

It was more the health benefits that made me want to try it, but the lack of hunger is a handy side effect hehe :)

How many MGs are you taking a day? I have looked on Amazon and it seems to come in all sorts of dosage. Just looked it up on wiki and it says its derived from Japanese knotweed - how bizarre and lovely to see something good come out of that householders nightmare!
 
I take 50mgs in the morning and its made a HUGE difference in my hunger....its almost like what hunger?! Even on a DD Im not hungry....I think its well worth trying tbh, anything that stops me being hungry can only be a good thing!!

I take 200 mgs of resveratrol a day, usually with breakfast and tea. :)
