Returning

Hi everyone

What with me being in the library until about 6am every day and my life just being amazingly hectic I gave up and lived on takeaway for Oct/Nov/Dec- big mistake! I'm so annoyed with myself because I'm now right back to square one. I don't know what this self destructive thing I have is, but at least now I'm full of determination to do this.

My SW leader sent me a text last night telling me that if I wanted to come back they'd be there for me and that's kicked me into gear!

Anyway after alllll that, I have returned! It's my last few months at uni now and I will NOT graduate looking like a whale. Therefore this is now a whole new Charlie!

Skinny your back hello. Glad you are back with us we are all here for you and we know you can do it. If you do feel like you are slipping keep coming on minimins it is midweek support while you are not at group and it can be a real pick up when you feel like you are going to give in. If you need any help at all give us a yell and good luck with your new SW journey.
