Made rhubarb bars last night and had some for breakfast this morning... They were yummy.... So if you like rhubarb give them ago..... You'll find them on mydukandiet.com/ ....... Under cooking, PV, Pg 2

What a fab recipe, I made them but left them I the oven a few mins too long but I will know next time. The couple that were at the edge mae me run and make some custard OMG it was like proper rhubarb crumble and custard, and the bars are scrummy xxx

I used the same amount I use for the muffins, 6 tbs oatbran, I found that the rhubarb makes it wet so be careful not to over do it or you'll have to cook it longer to dry it out

Handy kitchen weight conversions, by commodity, Imperial, Metric and American cups try this site for conversion, failing that google....my go to for everything LOL
