Rice & soya crispbread

Hi, hoping someone might be able to help me with this. Looking for syns for Fiorentini Bio rice & soya crisp bread. Ingredients are just rice flour, soya flour and sea salt, so I'm not sure if there's a free food allowance. I tried working it out myself in the calculator but somehow ended up with 72 syns for 4 crackers....I'm pretty sure that's wrong!!

NI (per 20g serving):
Cals: 73
Protein: 1.85g
Fat: 0.42g
Carbs: 15.2g

Would really appreciate if anyone could work this out as I can't find it anywhere. I try to avoid wheat because of a food intolerance so was really hoping this could be a good substitute to have with my lunch. Thanks in advance! :)

No free food allowance so you can just use 1 syn per 20 calories - that would be 3.5 syns per 20g serving :)

Thanks, I didn't realise the 20 calorie rule worked for things like that (I thought it was just chocolate, sweets, etc...). So anything like breads, wraps, etc... that are made using flour can be calculated using the 20 cal rule? That's great to know. Thanks a million! :)

3 1/2 (although better than 72 syns!) seems a lot for food that doesn't look very appealing, so I may have to rethink whether I really want to eat them!

Yeah, no idea how you ended up with 72 syns lol but 3.5 syns is much better :)

I had no idea either, so I looked at the packaging again & it turns out it was the packaging that was wrong...at least that's my story & I'm sticking to it! :) It's 72 cals for 20g, but they had written down 1500 cals for 100g. 3 1/2 syns is definitely better! Thanks again, it's great to know that now, as I had a few things I was wondering about and will be easy to work them out with the 20 cal rule!
