Rita's Raring to Slim Diary - 2014

Hi Rita, Glad you had an ok weekend, I guess you knew it was going to be hard leaving....

Good idea to draw a line and make a fresh start now, it's time to look after yourself for a change! :)

I am fine thanks, only a small loss this week, mind you originally I worked it out as half a pound but then realised it was 1lb which didn't seem so bad. Trying to do more walking now which I think should help. Weight loss is slower than I would like but that is because once I start thinking about being slim, I want it to happen now! :D As long as it is a loss each week no matter how much, I will be happy with that. (I have to keep telling myself that!) I can see a slight change in the mirror though which is spurring me on too.
