Tuesday 28th May - Joined Slimming World.
Hiya, my names Ruth. I'm 22 and have been an up and down in weight for the last 7 years. My biggest success at SW was back in 2009 when I lost 6 stone in 7 months....unfortunately I have spent the last three/four years putting on 8 stone and have decided enough is enough.
So here it goes again - and this time I will learn from my previous ways and if I manage to loose this 6 stone I want to loose I will do everything I can possibly do to keep it off!
I have tried to ensure correct syns are found however if I am wrong, please do let me know as it has been a while!

Unless stated all days are Extra Easy, all items are free unless a syn value of HEX letter appears after the item and all drinks are Pepsi Max (which I drink waaaayy too much of), Robinsons no added sugar squash , Green Tea and Water
Wednesday 29th May 2013 Day 1
Breakfast - Mullerlight Toffee, Grapes
Lunch - Sainsbury's Chicken Tikka Breast pieces cooked, Be good to yourself cottage cheese with chives, x2 satsumas
Dinner - Sweet potato, Asda canned chilli con carne (1), mushrooms, onions, red pepper

Dinner - Salmon, Carrots, Peas, New potatoes, mushrooms (fried - oil 1 tsp) (2), parsley sauce (1/2 20g packet) (3.5)

Dinner - KFC Style Chicken -x1 brown bread (1/2 B), herbs, Cajun spice, salt, 1/4 oxo cube, garlic powder, chicken, egg, frylight, 'Smash Pizza' - smash 40g dried (not sure of syn value so I have decided to syn as 6) if anyone knows please let me know, tomato puree, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, 40g light cheese(A), Lemon May - 4TBSP extra light mayo, lemon juice and grated lemon grind (2)
Other - hifi light rocky road (1/2 B)
