Morning or should I say afternoon!
I think you need a good hug and a bit of support. In the grand scheme of things 3lbs on is not the end of the world even though it feels like it when you weigh in. 3lb is half a week of being good again then you are back on track. It's probably just water or that stuff that's stored in your liver. It's easy to think worse tan it is.
Please don't eat more to punish yourself more for this blip. If you punish yourself then you will feel worse. Pick yourself up, go buy a new scarf or gloves or something inexpensive - buy a funky colour and smile when you wear them. It's funny how something like that will attract the right sort of attention and people will comment on them, that in turn will help cheer you up.

umm i'm not great i think i have vertigo
i'm going to phone the doctors on monday and see
what they have to say.
went out for a crimbo dinner last night with the golf club
had vodka and diet coke,and a traditional dinner,didn't
eat much of the mousse,but did eat the cream.
carefull what i eat today,as i feel a bit blahhhhhhh
soldier on guys,i'm flagging behind,but i'm on my way.

head is quieter today,still a bit dodgy if i look down:sigh:
which hasn't helped while wrapping the chip munks prezzies,
however managed all the crimbo decorations and the tree
without falling over,so it's all good.
shoping for the good stuff tomorrow.
