ok i think you would call it two up days ? that i've just had
but today is a DD,i did not weigh myself this morning after my shower,as hard as that was !
had a couple of boiled eggs and a coffee with milk and sweeteners this morning,lunch was a bit of
roast chicken from asda and i had a chunck of cucumber,dinner is going to be
cauliflower cooked in a stock pot,and i guess if i have to be healthy i'll stick a little bit
of the green one in blehhhh......broc'o grossness
DFD is going on a trip next week and i was told to check her healthcard.....healthcard says i...no worries i have it right............not here i've supernintendo like lost the damn thing......so did find mine and OH,was all meant to be in passport box yaddayadda,and ours had run out !!!!!!
so just finished on line filling out the forms...beware if you are now panicking as some sites charge you,however i found a non charge one if anyone needs it.
happy evening everyone,i'm out to watch DFDs play.

morning all.
11.11 this morning having another DD today as i enjoyed yesterdays.yummy chicken salad.
two weeks exactly till we go,going hell bent for leather to see what i can shed before i go.
need my roots doing and also want to investigate gel nails,have heard they're better than acrylic ?

afternoon all.
one set of cards have come through,that's quite quick,however really needed it to have been one of the kids
as she goes away on friday still we'll hope it arrives.
i shall book my nails for next week,hair booked for Tuesday,sorting out clothes,and got the high factor
sun cream 50+ as it's meant to be cooking out there !
DD today,feeling fine about it,have had a couple of bits to eat,no more than 200cals i know that.
might just have courgette soup for dinner..yum
then a bit of chicken laters if i need it.
summers coming at last,which is good because poor old bert thinks he should be hibernating
baby frogs are beginning to call,sound cute and squeaky .
UD yesterday weighed this morning yeah i know .....i sts though

MOUSE IN MY HOUSE !!!!!!!!
saw the little think pop out from under the unit,i don't think it expected to see me,i had turned the telly off,and was sitting quietly reading what you guys have been up to,and it scurried under again,so the chase began after i almost woke the house hold up with some sailor language that i would never normally use poor thing must have been scared to death,as it was chased from one end of the front room to the other,managed to get it to go out,it even hesitated on the doorstep,if you don't mind ! i knew i had heard something in the fish tank unit today,but thought i had mistaken the noise for a fish shifting gravel,it's started to make a nest out of a plastic mat i had on the shelf,thankfully not the fish books !
it has been to the toilet in the cupboard
and i have heard mice are incontinant(sp) so shut in here i'm guessing for goodness knows how long,i'm worried about
what it's walked/run on because of the children,i mean i feel like i want to fumigate my house
also i so love to have my backdoor open as much as possible,but i won't be able to,unless i guess we get a screen door
going to have to go shop for some poison now,as much as i don't like to do that sort of thing,my grandchildren are more important,and vulnerable .

You could try humane traps before poison? I adore mice and rats so I'm biased here but unless you have a huge infestation they're unlikely to be much of a health hazard, and humane traps have always worked well for me. You need someone who is ok with picking the thing up with a live mouse in it and taking it outside though.

Morning Lainey, it's unusual for them to come into the house this time of year so they must come in the door. Screen door is a great idea.
