I thought id start a food diary as it helps me see where im going right and wrong. I'm following slimming world mainly EE and I weigh in at home on a Tuesday. Currently weigh 12 stone 2 lbs and would like to reach 9 stone by Christmas, 3 stones in just under 5 months :-/ it seems so far away but I WILL get there.
Todays menu
Breakfast
1.5 Shredded Wheat (hex)
semi skimmed milk (hex)
Grapes
Lunch
Pasta
peppers
mushrooms
philidelphia garlic and herb 1tbsp (4 syns)
Dinner
mince
Mash potatoe
Mixed veg
Gravy
Yorkshire pud
(unsure on syns as I ate out)
Snacks
Muller light mandarin
Can of larger 7.5 syns
I think I went over and need to be more careful counting in future.
