Only for a short while. Been good today. I need a MASSIVE kick up the arse ATM

Breakfast: crunchy bran, sugar (1), apple

Lunch: chilli, rice, mint yoghurt (1)

Dinner: cod in parsley sauce (2), peas, sweet corn, ketchup (1)

Tea with milk and sugar (1)

Hea: milk
Heb: crunchy bran

Total syns: 6

I'm so determined to have a good day tomorrow :)
 
Oh I need a good kick up the bum too...
Ive been off plan all day today and really suffering with a bad headache since I woke up. Craving something but I dont know what!!!
