Hum could be although i usually only weigh heavier the first few days of my totm then I'm fine again!!! How many weeklies have you used pet xxx
 
I've had the lot but I've got 34APs I've earned and not eaten! :( I usually eat all of my weeklies too! I can't have another gain I won't be able to make any targets if I do :(

Lauren sorry to annoy you! I've just got weighed again and they now have a 1lb loss! What the hell is wrong with the scales I buy? Or is it my bathroom floor?

Also my totm has drastically changed since I had my coil fitted at the start of June, they're terrible and last nearly 2 weeks so that could be it :) just got the Wii fit out and it said half a loss so I'm hopefully looking at a loss either way :)

Nom nom. I can only eat tinned pineapple, fresh pineapple I'm allergic to for some reason. Weird...

Day 62 Diary- Going Back To Basics PLAN

Breakfast:

Pineapple = 0pp
Bread x2 = 4pp
Peanut Butter = 3pp
Milk Allowance = 1pp

Lunch:

Mixed Salad = 0pp
Celery = 0pp
Grapes = 0pp

I was thinking a ham salad greggs oval bite? = 9pp

Or

Tuna & LF Mayo = 5pp

Or

Something from boots shapers?
E.g. shapers BBQ wrap = 8pp

Dinner:

WW Macaroni Cheese = 9pp
Tinned Fruit Salad = 0pp

= 17pp got a fair few to use at lunch :)

Weight difference could be bathroom floor, mines the same if I move the scales anywhere in the bathroom I get a different reading!! Used to move them till I was happy with weight!! Now have picked a spot in the kitchen good hard concrete floor! No fluctuations now :)

AMAZING! Yet weird- I get them free because im staff and I think it helps. I also do it to sort my back out- eases the pain a bit!

Ours are 10 minute sessions- yes they vibrate and wobble you around- you can do exercises on them if you want to target certain areas but I just stand on them for an overall workout :)

Do you live near Harrogate at all? Thats where I am!!!

No I'm a gym and aerobics instructor! Believe it or not.... :( not a good job to have when you're overweight!!

It is fab! We have run out of cards so I couldn't get on it! Gutted! Will do it tomorrow though :D
