Yeah I started 13 stone 1 so want my stone this week! Ww say my goal is 10 stone 4 so feels like alot still to lose. I havent been that weight since I was like 15 ha gonna be weird being that slim.

Aw :( I bet. The highest I was on was 30PP for the first 2 weeks so I never had to really adjust that much. At least we have weeklies to use aswell. I'm sure you will get a loss this week :) xx

Never had crispy beef, was it yum hon?! Might try it next weekend as a treat lol. Mmm ripple, I had to keep myself away from the ripples yesterday because I used 20 weeklies on saturday (oops) hahaha! X

I'm soo exited!!! My first Chinese in like 6 weeks!! Got a feeling ther gonna have to roll me out of there by the time in finished lol xx
 
You might be surprised I am only able to eat half maybe less amount if Chinese as I could do previous.

Awww thanks!

Your diary is fab I always look at it for ideas!

It's been quite hard this week and I've been hungry but I've tried to cope! Little meals throughout the day have saved me!
