Hiya Ruth! Just catching up now, sorry you felt so low yesterday, but at least you had the sense to go back to pp where you are comfortable. Your plan for today sounds great and welcome to the 5k challenge as well lol. You'll definately get to your goal, you seem sensible about it, you've planned and you know what you want.
