will weigh as normal though don't think anything will change in a positive direction as I have had mainly IDs in place of DDs to combat xmas and new year...

-2lbs that takes me to 12,8 so mega pleased!!!!

23lbs to goal! which sounds mad hahahaha!

UP day today going out for lunch and having a few drinks tonight yum yum :)

Hi, I started juddding last Wednesday and I follow the most common pattern of Mon, Wed & Fri DD, Tue, Thu, Sat & Sun UP. My DD calories are 500 and I do not count on my UP but as I hear from most people, I just feel like eating less/more healthy on my UP. It really does seem to change my way of thinking so quickly. This is such an amazing eating plan! (I don't even think of it as a diet as such)
I had my first weigh in this morning, I have lost 5lb, is this a good start do you think? How much do you tend to lose each week on average?
 
Ruths Goals

1) March 8th Center Parcs- 12 Stone or Under!
2) April 16th America- 11, 7 or Under!
3) June 5th Post America Damage!- 12, 7 or Under!
4) July 12th- 11s
5) August 12th- August 23rd Get to goal and stay there for France on 23rd!

Im thinking of something to buy myself when I get there.... havent a clue hahaha!

Oh and on a personal note may be tmi? have anyones boobs shrunk yet? im still waiting :(

Wow that is excellent! well done you!
I drink a lot of water which helps me a lot! I agree with the UPs I dont count and I find myself making healthier choices all of the time!

It doesnt feel like a diet plan does it ;)

Glad you are really enjoying it your losses should be steady away. I have had to re calculate my numbers from when I started in may so I was eating correctly!- something to watch out for!

I may start a diary, just familiarising myself with the site atm. It's really good to be able to check in here with people going through the same thing and to pick up tips and get advice.

It's weird, in the last week that I have been doing this, there seems to of been so many programmes on TV about the dangers of being over weight, or maybe I am just noticing them more subconsiously! Lol. Either way, it's all motivation!

Thats january for you... month of obesity warnings etc it does annoy me not all of us gorge over Christmas!!! Still though like you said it is good motivation!

Yes familiarise myself it took me ages when I first joined and if u need anything just let us know we are all friendly and can help and advise where needed :)

The diaries for JUDDD are an excellent place for advice and inspiration!

Well done on your loss Ruth. I reckon this diet sounds brilliant. I'm gonna give it a few weeks on. Ww then may try this. I'm not really sure if it'll suit me coz of the family meals etc though on the less cal days.

It is excellent it hasn't just helped me weight loss wise it has helped me mentally too I feel so much better.

Yes as I now live with my parents I do find this easy although im sure it could be adapted for a family its all about willpower!

Lol ruthie!!!! My boobs feel like they've got bigger -_- I went from a 46dd to now a 40dd!! So same cup size but probably cause the rest of me is shrinking and they aren't, they feel and look bigger!! Guess we should be grateful they haven't shrunk to nothing, but still, too bigggg lol xxxx
