Does anyone know how many ryvitas are a heB? On the sw site its got 2 but also says 4 :s.

Anyone know?

you can have either i think 2 is for speed foods and 4 is for extra fibre so its up to you

2 is for superspeedy as it already contains enough fibre to count as a HEX, but you can have up to 4 if you want as thats how many 'calories worth' of HEX there are in it.
