Thanks for the replies. I'd decided to just stick with it and see how I was and if I did feel rough with them, eat some protein like just plain chicken. I've been fine though and I've really barely eaten anything. Monday I had a porridge pack and a bar, both were pretty hard to force down and yesterday I only had a chilli pack. Maybe there are some upsides to this being ill malarky, makes starting S&S and getting into ketosis easier!
