Day 1 (12.05.2014)
Had a super day, love the taste of the shakes (two strawberry & two raspberry per day) and not feeling too hungry or anything, really determined! Did my leg workout, took 20 minutes and involved lots of squats and starjumps and lunges, so I ached for a while but I'm alright now after a long soak in the bath haha. Just got to drink a bit more water (though I've had over a liter just in shakes as well as cups of tea, with sweetener, so I'm probably okay for water intake), hopefully tomorrow will be just as good!
Also, I know it's not a good idea to weigh yourself all the time but I hopped on the scales this evening out of curiosity, and I'm down to under 11 stone again already.
