Weight in resulted in 2lb loss so the crown carvery is forgiven.
Breakfast
The usual WW bread etc = 5 (must think of some variety)
1 pint skimmed milk = 5
Lunch
Banana, kiwi, strawberries
Strawberry muller light= 2
Dinner
Butternut squash made into chips, baked in oven (how lush are they)
WW chicken hotpot = 6
Swede and carrot mashed
Brussel sprouts
Tomato ketchup = 4
Snacks
French fries = 2
Apple
WW caramel slice x 2 = 6
Jumbo snack a jacks S & V x 4 = 4
Total points = 34
Weeklies used = 0
Activity points = 0 (even lazier cow)
