OMG - I actually manged 10 hours sleep! Feel like I could crawl back and go for more though!

Day 3 - feeling positive - get through today and tomorrow and hopefully will be well into the swing of things. Slight tummy rumbles yesterday but all in control! Headache no where to be seen at the moment but that might just be cos my body hasn't caught on to the fact I am out of bed!

Off to workski now - catch up with you later - have a good day everyone!
 
Morning Sam, you have a good day too. Wow 10 hours is brilliant! It's easier doing this diet if we're well rested, I find it so hard with lack of sleep.
 
Well, just went to have my first shake of the day and low and behold, my shaker is in the dishwasher back home!

Banana shake stirred with a fork and very lumpy - at least it feels like I have chewed something today!

Still managing to skip the milky tea, although I do miss it terribly!

Ho hum, another bottle of water opened instead!
 
And you too - heres to a swift and dangerfree Day 3 of 100%!!!!

Following your lead, I have checked how much I have to go to get to healthy BMI - only 18lbs!!!! Maybe that should be my June/July target! Slightly more than you have to go mind!!
 
May try a lumpy shake myself as missing being able to chew each meal :D
 
LOL oh dear, I have literally about 12 shakers so I am never without, then they just get bunged in the dishwasher :)
 
OMG I have just survived a 2 hour client meeting with an entire packet of biscuits laid out on a plate in from of me smelling divine!!! I even turned them down when offered to me - managed to drink 2 bottles of sparkling water instead - ah well, now for lumpy shake number two!!!

finally back in from work so have blender, have made non lumpy soup - I would say yum, but it is tomato one so lts of paprika in it and will hold my nose and drink!

Day 3 almost complete and another successful 100% day!
 
Day 4 - surprisingly am feeling a bit hungry this morning - tummy not quite rumbling out loud but it is making it known it requires sustinence!

Didn't sleep so well last night, guess thats cos had such a fab nights sleep on Tuesday but still feeling good this morning! Scales moving down ever so slightly - just cottoned on to the fact that if I restarted on Monday then my official weigh in is on Monday and not Friday - doh! Got to get out of the Fri weigh in habit then and sail through to Monday to see whats what!

woohooo, home time....now to get through the temptations of Kings Cross and BK.........just get home and I will be ok.............focus........BK is baaaaadddddddd, not eating is goooooodddddddd!!!!!

gotta disagree Carly, I absolutely adore BK!!!!

However, Kings Cross safely navigated and am home - bibsie safely tucked up in bed, dogs winging in kitchen - got to wait for squidge to properly fall asleep before bring them upstairs - can't cope with two overactive dogs and a non-sleepy child!

so, Day 4 ending on a 100% TS note, woohooooo! Bring on Day 5!
