Urgh! So wish I hadn't drunk everything I drank on saturday night :( I am worried that I will have put on this week coz of how much I stupidly drank :(
Food wise I am doing FAB! My OH has had a mcdonalds and chinese pizza's and I haven't yeh I have had chocolate but within my points I just feel like having such a binge on saturday with all that wine n shots that I will have put on this week :( I dnt no why I'm so worried but I am! :(
Thursday cannot come quick enough I am wishing my week away because I so badly want to no now! Prob jus being silly but jus hope so much that it hasn't ruined my week!! Gggrrrrrrrrrr

I feel ya pain!!!!! I reckon we should lose otherwise why would they give us weeklies?

You said your friend always has her weeklies and still loses, does she have much weight left to lose?

Sammie hun, don't worry about using your weeklies, I did exactly the same thing last tuesday (but on junk food not the gods nectar ;)) and I still lost this week.

Weeklies are there to be used! whether it's in one go or many little goes! just enjoy them sweetpea, don't send your self in to a shame spiral because it will make you want to give up more :) keep at it chicken! your doing great!
 
She had about six stone to lose, not as much as me! Thanks Sarah lou, last week for my first week n dint use all my weeklies and I jus feel like Saturday was a right binge n wish I hadn't drunk all I did I had a terrible headache sunday and was sich :(

Another successful day honey... Only another two full days before Thursday!

Being in a hotel room gets boring so I decided to work out how many calories I'd eaten today. I know ww isn't about calories but I was just curious as I've eaten a lot of bread today (all within my dailies). Anyway, I've had 25/26 pp and what I've eaten works out around 975 calories. If I normally eat around that and use my weeklies I should still lose weight as it will even itself out over the week! I told you I was bored!!!!

You're right becky, I think u will lose! Now I have ben on WW for 2 weeks I can tell this is better than SW! I think SW works for a while but not having to watch how much of something u eat isn't good! I loved green days coz carbs really were unlimited weren't they! I mean on WW I still have a lot of points t use some portions are bigger at the minute! I wanna try start using most of my points within my meals so I'm not snackin on things all the time!

thats what i do hun, just have slightly bigger meals or use full fat alternatives to help bulk out your points. I have trouble eating my points too but today I was starving (and OH treated me) and ate all my dailies already! whoopsie! lol

Oooo what u had? My lil boy is away nxt weekend with the oh moth n dad so I think we will go out for dinner so I'm lookin forward t that prob only b Nandos but hey ho!

I am ssoooo nervous about tomorrow! With 43pp t use I am trying to use them in my meals, if its jus adding a bit of butter or mayo but coz I have ben told I am meant t use them all I find my self on a night havin a curly wurly or some kind of chocolate (within my points) I jus hope I am doing the right thing and after my boozy night on saturday all I keep thinkin is all I drank hopefully hasn't affected my weigh loss!!
Other than that I haven't had any naughty choices (other than my odd bits of chocolate) I haven't had no take aways or eaten out when my OH has and asked me if I want anything!? And I have proudly said no!
I think I am so nervous because of saturday hopefully I won't b like this every week will i? Its coz I have so much t lose an d knowing I'm off weddin dress shopping on the 13th as well sucks! Knowing I have t put on a dress that prob won't fit and the embarassment of that is guna kill!!
As well my very good friend who I'm doing it with me hasn't as much weight to lose as me but still has a bit and she's been out for dinner 3 times this week and once dint point it coz it was after weigh in and had no points left I haven't done anything like that yet as I'm worried already about not losing anything!!

Stress wont help you hun, it will only make you feel crap and ashamed then the shame spiral starts and with that comes emotional eating. STOP WORRYING! <3

We will go tomorrow and we will step on the scales to find that we have lost weight which means we can go do it all again!!!!! x
