i only lost 1pound :( dnt get me wrong really happy i got a lose really glad! BUT i had my heart set on 1.5 punds so i could get my stone! But heyho i WILL lose half a pound next week...

After thinking you had not lost, a 1lb is not bloody bad xxx and think next week another silver 7 anddddd a stone!!! Now that's something to aim for x
 
'Only 1lb' that's all I ever lose so don't be dissing my 1lb's!!!!!

Just think if you had of stayed the same you would now be 1.5lbs away from your stone x

Right we have had my brother round n got a take away! So good job got my weeklys! I have used 70points!
I have had chicken tikka off the bone 12pp
Bombay allo 12pp
A spoonful rice 5pp
A couple of chips 8pp
1 and a bit chapit 15pp

So I have used 70points and have 21 left for the week! To b honest I am not guna use them now! I have 42pp a day to use so I have no reason t dip into them now!!

Morning Ladies!

Jus updating my Esource and i thought i had been robbed of my weeklys but realised i used loads yesterday haha! I am not guna use any of my weeklys now anycase... I have 42points a day so now i had a treat last night i am just going to use my dailys this week!
Im not guna drink this week, guna give my self a rest coz within the weeks to come i will b drinkin a fair bit!!:7834:

39/42 points used! i dnt wanna use the other 3 i mean i am eating loads here today..even using some oil to up my points!

I have even more points!! Mad I find I still use full fat mayo and butter to use up!! It's not like I can't eat them points, but my mind has switched to healthy eating so most good low pp xx can't wait to go down the points
 
How many points u on luv? Yeh I no what u mean I have 3points left so think mmm I could have a curly wurly but I'm already havin a freddo and a ww pudding?! Hard sometimes to get them all used!

I'm the same! I get to the evening a lot of the time and still have 12 dailies or more so I use full fat Mayo etc!xx

it was a silly question really coz cors u will b! none of this wud of helpped ur diet this week! i honestly no how ur feelin and it does get better! i love talkin about Max and Desil sometimes get sad but thats only because of how much i loved them!

ahhh I'm ready for tomorrow I think I have a sensible head on and thinking on what I've lost so far rather than this week I cannot wait for tomorrow xxx
