ProPoints SammieAnn's WW Food Diary - Count down to Wedding!!!

Happy Sunday Everyone :)

Lucas slept in today for what feels like the first time in for ever and it was jus what I needed!
Carl offered to still pay for me to go to Weight Watchers and his such a sweetie coz I no his saying it because he thinks its what I want (I do!) But we can't afford it, I no its ony 20pounds a month but that's like over a weeks petrol for Carl! Normally Carl has loads of overtime but until after the union and his company agree the yearly pay rise its not on!! So were looking for it to be on until April time so on a fllat wage Carl is doin everything as well as saving for our wedding!
So I am not going to continue going, my leader offered for me to help out but I wouldn't b able to take Lucas which I totally understand but I'm unable to get someone her to watch Lucas and for me to get to WW all for 5! And Lucas comes before a WW meeting! My friend has asked me to carrry on and said that if I give up I'll fail but I'm not givin up I'm jus not off to the meetings no more! I am going to weigh my self on thursday when I come home from WI and then in 2 weeks I will weigh my self every thursday morning! My friends a bit like welll ur weight won't be the same as the ww scales and she's right it might b different but my doctors scales are different as well!
Like I said as long as the number on the scales is going down every week instead of up I ant bothered! I will make sure I record my weight every week I will prob do it on my phone or something, and because I like to track carl is going to scale me aload of trackers! I feel a lot better about doing it myself (I say by myself I'm not on my own I have ALL of u!) I have a link I have come across where ei can keep checking my points as well!
Hopefully in the future I'll go back to meetings but at the moment 20pound is a lot of money to us!!

hi hun I totally understand where your coming from every penny counts. Craig now has a jo b but his wage will slowly go up and I cannot afford to go so u weigh myself. the only thing I struggle with is not tracking so I'd love some trackers you will be ok you have loads of support on here xxx

At the moment I think going to classes keeps me going but coz I have lost over a stone already I wanna keep it up and I no I can do weight watchers so I want t keep doing it! And u ladies are here for that support rather than the WI lady!

Where is your friends faith in you?!!!! You will be absolutely fine! You have plenty of people on here to support, advise and also help so you are not on your own. As long as you can be accountable and honest with yourself there will not be a problem!

Hun you have to do what's best for you and your family xx it must work doing it at home, they advertise a at home programme xx you have all the knowledge to carry on, and all you have to do is ask one of us to sort out how many pro points you are allowed xxx

I have 14 weeklies left now which I dount I'lll use unless I have enough munchie day!! I want t b able t b a size 16 by august but I dnt think I will b! 5months been doing WI and only lost 16.5lb :(

I'm with sarahloub1 - you can do this! You have your weeklies for a reason - good thing is you still pointed all the food you had today!
 
You are within plan xxx be proud you are having a 100% week Hun, you have a fair few months before wedding keep motivated xxxx I think you are doing just grand Hun, and 16.5 lb of fat is bloody lots!!!! Imagine 33 butters squashed up inside you!! Having to carry them around with you!! Xx

Yeh I pointed everything and it was jus one of those days today where I was hungry!!

Sharon yeh that's a disgusting thought and 16.5 is a lot and I sud b proud and WW doesn't make it come off ultra fast and I have had a few bad weeks haven't I!! Jus keepin my fingers crossed for thursday! I am looking forward to doing my WI my self so I can do it thursday morning not wait until 6oclock its a killer lol

The plan is 1-2lbs a week, that's a healthy loss, it will help you not have saggy skin, it keeps your metabolism going at an even rate, so the loss can be more maintainable, you had a hungry day, we all do Hun, that's why we have the 49, for treats and hungry days xxxxx drink lots more water Hun make sure you are hydrated xxxx
 
Look at my baby Hun,he weighs over 15lb now!!!so if u think 16.5lb isn't much,it is just look at my chunky monkey!xxx
