Hey Hun,
Thank you I was very pleased I have such a long way to go but at least I am doing it properly this time... Still going 110% strong I am surprised about, I bought some fun size chocolate in a multi bag 3 weeks ago and still not touched one... I think I am prob too scared haha... I hope your well how are you getting on xxx

Hey all,
I hope your all well, I made some slimming world doughnuts last night great as a substitute for the real thing!!! I used 2 mini M&S wholemeal rolls HEXB sugar free raspberry jam (although normal jam is nicer just a little more in syns) and sweetener and fry light... So....
Cut a while or slit in the roll... Add a tsp of jam in the middle.. Completely spray in fry light and cover it in sweetener put in the oven for around 10 minutes and boom... Jam doughnut!!! Honestly it's lush and syn friendly if you "fancy one"
So anyway I'm still being good, got a birthday party to go to later just diet coke for me as it's 9 weeks and 3 days until Spain and I would really like to be in the 15's by then... I am 16stone 10lbs at the moment so trying hard to get there... Even thinking about getting the exercise bike out of the shed and actually using it, iv started walking my daughter to school instead of driving and the odd evening if I have the time we have a walk around the village she goes on her flicker scooter thing good exercise for her too!
I want to buy a kettle bell? I have heard they are meat to be good for bingo wings? As mine are quite big I am worried I am going to be left with too much saggy skin as I actually started off at 19 stone 6lbs in jan (lost some on lighter life) deffo not the right way to go but it gave me a head start I did put on 1stone 7lbs in 3 months after what I have nearly taken back off thank god! Slimming world is deffo for me I am more determined to lose this now more then ever and I had a chat with my mum saying I would love to be in the 10 stone range she said as long as I am happy she supports me as a few people have commented "don't loose too much your look ill) funny that they just don't want me to be smaller then them I know their game! I have a few supportive friends but not many the "bigger" ones always seem to be the "haters" strangely enough... Anyway enough of me rambling,

Hi Sammie glad your doing really well, friends are funny aren't they they want you to be happy and support you until you become a perceived threat bigger girls don't want to be the biggest and smaller girls are worried you'll suddenly be the popular skinny one lol. Its the same when you split with a partner friends who are attached fear you will become a vixen and steal their man.

How is it going Sammie. This thing about looking ill if you lose a lot. My Niece did that Lighter Life - or something similar - and lost about 5.1/2 stone. At first she was really dark around her eyes and each time I looked at her face I thought she didn`t look too well. Her body was fantastic. I saw her 3 months later and what a transformation. Dark eyes gone, better colour in her face. She looked fantastic. She is not the only slimmer lady I have seen in the same position - it seems that everything has to settle down.
My niece is getting married this coming Saturday, can`t wait to see her in her dress with that beautiful face.
You keep going girl and take no notice of everybody else.

Well WI was lastnight i lost -1LB
I was hoping for a little more but a loss is a loss so now i am 16 stone 9lbs.... Still one hell of a long way to go but it is going in the right direction, I have promoted my exercise bike from the shed back into the house, So i am going to do 20 minutes a day on that for 5/6 days a week and hopefully increase my losses as i want to be in the 15's in 9 weeks time as i am off to Spain 9 weeks today wahooo!!!!!!

Hi All,
Sorry its been a while since i been on, iv been up and down on 16 stone 3lbs, 15stone 12lbs well since september i just cant seem to shift this part and be good!!!
So anyway the week of christmas i was 15stone 12lbs.... Lowest on SW so far... but then i put on 5lbs over christmas!!! Crazy in ONE week!!!!
So time to nip it in the bud and take control of the situation.... I have booked another holiday for September 29th - October 9th... So i am hoping to shift the best of this 5stone i need to get off....
I hope you are all well and had a lovely Christmas.... HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all xxx

Hiya,
Thank you for reading through, nothing exciting though haha...
Well that special someone... Sadly iv not seen or heard from him in months!!! No idea what happened to him or if he is even ok... He had some personal issues and I guess just ran away from them instead of facing them head on... Shame really as I do still think about him now...
Onwards and upwards (hopefully the scales go downwards) haha!!!
I am still single... Been on a few dates but nothing for me, had a couple of cling ons... I mean wow seriously I never thought some men could be so pathetic... This one was a bit odd asked to move in after the first date... Along with asking me to buy him a drink and his dinner on the first date that costed me £47 and I didn't even eat!!! Completely obsessed wouldn't leave me alone... Tried calling me on a private number I answered as I wasn't sure who it was found out it was him and I thought oh ffs here we go again, got rid of him so he sent me texts one saying if I didn't answer his calls or texts he was coming round to "talk" (bare inmind we only had ONE date and were never together etc) so I answered his text to leave me alone and stop harassing me... Next text I'm a slut and a fat whore.... So it's knocked my confidence a fair amount...
